The houses Forest and Beach each have 126 square metres, three double bedrooms — the master with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, the other two sharing a bathroom — plus a TV room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a 75-square-metre wrap-around terrace with a grill.
