Park Hotel Tornio has stood on the bank of the Tornio river at Itäranta since 1932. Published rates start at 120 euros for a single room, 153 euros for a superior or deluxe room, 182 euros for a family or triple room and 203 euros for a family or sauna suite. The house has a sauna and pool area, several restaurants and an auditorium for 200 people with banquet rooms, and reception is open daily from 7 to 22. The hotel also sells its own golf package from 199 euros a night for two. The Green Zone Golf course is about 1.5 kilometres away.

The Grand has superior rooms of 30 square metres, a 60-square-metre suite with a sauna, an 80-square-metre Chalet with its own kitchen and sauna, and a 120-square-metre presidential suite with two bedrooms and a panorama sauna; the Boutique side has standard rooms of 30 square metres, a superior room of 35 and two rooms of 50 with French balconies and bathtubs, one of which, Iisakin kajuutta, is a junior suite. All rooms are non-smoking and breakfast is included, served from 6.30 to 9.30 on weekdays and from 8 to 11 at weekends. Guests who book direct also get a restaurant voucher worth six euros. The Green Zone Golf course is about 1.7 kilometres away.

Stadium Apartments is hostel-style lodging on Seminaarinkatu beside the Tornio stadium. There are 29 rooms on two floors: rooms 101–113 on the first floor and rooms 201–203 on the second share washing facilities, while rooms 204–216 on the second floor each have their own toilet and shower; there is also a studio for two on the first floor with its own kitchen, living and dining area, toilet and shower. Both floors have well-equipped communal kitchens, and the basement holds meeting and sauna facilities. The Green Zone Golf course is about 0.6 kilometres away.
