The cabins are traditional board-built houses painted in red ochre, winterised, and a short walk from the shore. The same site also runs a boat harbour with about 250 mooring places, a boat lifting and winter storage service, and a camping area. The Archipelagia Golf Club clubhouse is about 9.3 kilometres away as the crow flies from the village at Rompontie 57.
