Every cottage has its own shore, a sauna, an indoor toilet, a fireplace and a boat, and all are insulated for winter and open all year. They stand along a private cottage road, placed so that no cottage looks straight onto its neighbour. Sizes range from Virranranta for four to Villa Velhoranta for ten, with about 50 beds in all. According to the owner's website, off-season weekly prices are 570–930 euros and a single night starts at 125 euros; final cleaning and linen are extra. In summer mainly whole weeks are sold. The owner has confirmed that golfers stay with them. The Laukaan Peurunkagolf clubhouse is about 4.5 kilometres away as the crow flies.
