Härmän Kylpylä is a spa resort in Kauhava with the Härmä Golf course right next door.

Holiday Club Ähtäri offers holiday apartments and log cabins with private saunas in the Moksunniemi area of Ähtäri, close to the zoo. The Ähtärin Golf course is in the same area on Lake Moksunjärvi.

Hiekkaranta B&B is a bed and breakfast on Aurinkorannantie by the shore of Lake Kuortaneenjärvi. It has six double rooms, two family rooms and one triple room, and it also rents two two-person loft huts where a dog or a cat may come along. Guests may use the beach sauna, a rowing boat, a grill shelter, bicycles and a trampoline. The summer season starts at the beginning of June, and outside it a stay can be arranged with the hosts. The Kuortane Golf course is about 5.4 kilometres away.

Hostel Bjorkenheim occupies the ground floor of the 1920s main building of the old hospital estate in Törnävä. It offers single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, some of which combine into larger ones, and one double room where a pet may come along. Guests share a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi and free parking, and the whole hostel is step-free with a lift. Check-in is from 3 to 10 pm and check-out at noon, and the house was named the best hostel in Finland for 2026. The Etelä-Pohjanmaan Golf course is about 8.1 kilometres away.
