Berehaven Golf Club at Castletownbere on the Beara peninsula is a 9-hole seaside course with three holes played across the water; it was originally laid out by the British Admiralty in the late 1890s and completed in 1902 for officers of the Atlantic Fleet. The green fee is €40 for 18 holes and €25 for nine from April to September, €30 in winter. The club also has its own camping and caravan pitches.
