HaningeStrand Golfklubb is at Österhaninge in Haninge municipality, about 26.5 km due south of central Stockholm. The club has two 18-hole courses, 36 holes in all: Strandbanan beside Blistafjärden, and Husbybanan near Österhaninge church, a parkland course built on farmland that plays like a links course in dry spells. According to the club's own history the first board was elected in February 1994, the 18 holes of Strandbanan opened for play in 1996, and the club became a 36-hole club on 1 January 2021 when Husby GC Österhaninge was merged into it. Both courses were laid out by Bengt Lorichs, Husbybanan together with Jeremy Turner; Husbybanan is a par 71 with six sets of tees and Strandbanan has five. The visitor green fee tops out at SEK 900 (about €81) on Strandbanan, while the weekend rate on Husbybanan is SEK 800.
