Vikla Golf & Country Club is a family-run 18-hole course beside the abandoned village of Vikla in the hills north-east of Limassol. The course is deliberately semi-dry: greens and aprons are irrigated grass, but the fairways are not watered and in summer fairway shots are played off artificial-grass mats supplied by the club, a practice accepted by the EGA and the Cyprus Golf Federation. The green fee is €50 for 18 holes and €40 for 9 or 13 holes.
