A golf weekend at Vierumäki

Vierumäki in Heinola is one of the few places in Finland where the accommodation and a major golf centre share the same grounds: the 45 holes of Vierumäki Golf start right at the resort. Within roughly half an hour's drive there are three more courses, so even a longer golf weekend fills up without long transfers.

Vierumäki Golf offers 45 holes right on the Vierumäki grounds — about 650 metres from reception to the clubhouse. That makes Vierumäki a natural base if you want to walk from breakfast to the first tee.
Nearby courses for day trips
From Vierumäki it is about 18 km as the crow flies to Lahden Golf, about 24 km to the 18-hole Kanavagolf Vääksy in Asikkala and about 27 km to Messilä Golf in Hollola. A four-course tour is entirely doable from a single base.
