Stadium Apartments is hostel-style lodging on Seminaarinkatu beside the Tornio stadium. There are 29 rooms on two floors: rooms 101–113 on the first floor and rooms 201–203 on the second share washing facilities, while rooms 204–216 on the second floor each have their own toilet and shower; there is also a studio for two on the first floor with its own kitchen, living and dining area, toilet and shower. Both floors have well-equipped communal kitchens, and the basement holds meeting and sauna facilities. The Green Zone Golf course is about 0.6 kilometres away.

Hotelli Olof is a boutique hotel opened in November 2014 in former bank premises on Hallituskatu in the centre of Tornio. All 14 rooms are junior suites, some with their own sauna, and each has air conditioning, a kitchen, a coffee maker, a television and wifi. Some rooms look out over the Tornio river, breakfast is included in the rate and the heated parking garage costs 13 euros. The Green Zone Golf course is about 1.6 kilometres away.
