Golf courses and places to stay – Estonia
Regions
Harju County
Harju County around Tallinn is the heart of golf in Estonia: this catalogue lists 3 courses — Estonian Golf & Country Club on the coast at Jõelähtme, Niitvälja Golf towards Keila, and Rae Golf just south-east of the capital. All three are 18-hole courses, and the nearest is Rae Golf, about 19 km from the centre of Tallinn as the crow flies; Estonian Golf & Country Club is about 22 km away and Niitvälja about 28 km. According to the clubs' own rate cards the visitor green fee for 18 holes runs from €29 to €149 depending on the course and the time of day. Northern Estonia also has Ojasaare at Viru-Kabala, but its own site describes it as a Pitch & Putt course (nine greens, eighteen tee boxes), so it is not in this catalogue. Pärnu County
Pärnu is Estonia's best-known seaside resort town, and this catalogue lists 2 courses on either side of it: White Beach Golf at Valgeranna, about 7 km north-west of the centre as the crow flies, and Pärnu Bay Golf Links at Reiu, about 8 km to the south-east. Both are 18-hole courses. The green fee for 18 holes is €29–89 at White Beach and €75–120 at Pärnu Bay according to the clubs' own rate cards. Pärnu is about 125 km from Tallinn as the crow flies. The county also has Uus-Meremäe at Pivarootsi, but its own domain redirects to an Instagram profile and the club publishes neither a hole count nor a price on a site of its own, so it is not in this catalogue.

Southern Estonia
In southern Estonia this catalogue lists 1 course: Otepää Golf & Country Club at Mäha in Otepää parish, Valga County, about 41 km from Tartu and about 181 km from Tallinn as the crow flies. By its own description it is a full-length 18-hole par 73; holes 1–9 opened to players in the summer of 2006 and holes 10–18 with the clubhouse were finished in July 2007, and the tenth hole is a par 6. The visitor green fee for 18 holes is €75 on weekdays and €85 from Friday to Sunday. Võru County also has Rõuge Golf, but its own site states that the course has four greens and nine routings — four physical holes, which does not meet this catalogue's nine-hole threshold.
