Drottningholms Golfklubb, 12.0 km west of Sergels torg beside the royal palace, and the furthest GolfStar International, 40.6 km to the north, a few kilometres from Arlanda airport. Two sites here run to 36 holes, Bro Hof Slott Golf Club and GolfStar Kungsängen, and Troxhammar has 30. According to the clubs' own rate cards the green fee runs from SEK 250 to SEK 1,700 (about €22–153): cheapest over Skepptuna's nine holes, dearest at Kungl. Drottningholms. Four courses publish no highest ordinary visitor rate on their own site. Arlanda makes the area easy to reach from Finland: Arlandastad Golf is 32.4 km from the centre and Sigtuna Golfklubb 39.9 km.
