Sparren Golfklubb — Lisinge GK until 2018 — lies by Lake Sparren at Rimbo in Norrtälje municipality, about 44.2 km north of central Stockholm. The club's own website describes the course as an 18-hole course. By the club's own history the course was designed by Åke Persson and completed by Mikael Ljungman and opened in 1990 as Lisinge GK; the club declined after 2007, and a new company formed in spring 2018 took it over and gave it its present name. The club rents cottages on site — a golf package including a green fee token and lunch costs SEK 1,295 for one person and SEK 4,495 for four, accommodation only SEK 500 per person — and motorhome and caravan pitches at SEK 150 a night for golfing guests and SEK 250 for others. The club publishes no ordinary visitor green fee on its own website.
